About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website and book an emergency appointment. The service is provided by TBC. Appointments take place at SimplyTeeth clinics.
Emergency consultation fee
- The emergency Dental Consultation Fee is £49, payable online when you book.
- The fee covers your assessment, small X-rays and advice. It does not include treatment.
- Any treatment will be explained and priced, and will only go ahead with your agreement.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe and received directly by the clinic.
Appointment times
Your appointment is confirmed as soon as you book, and we'll email you the details. If the clinic ever needs to change the time, we'll email you the new one.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, changes and refunds are handled by the clinic. Cancellation policy and refund terms TBC
Medical emergencies
This website is not an emergency medical service. If you have swelling affecting your breathing, swallowing or vision, uncontrolled bleeding or a serious injury, call 999 or go to A&E. Information on this site is general guidance and does not replace an examination by a dentist.
WhatsApp and messages
Messages sent by WhatsApp, email or the contact form are answered by the clinic team during opening hours. Please don't use them for urgent clinical advice.

Our dentists are registered with the General Dental Council. Lead dentist: Dr Saranjit Sihra, GDC number 79727. CQC provider ID: TBC.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us at hello@emergencydentistlondon.co.uk and we'll respond in line with our complaints procedure.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
