Who we are
This website is operated by TBC ("we", "us"), registered at TBC. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us about privacy at hello@emergencydentistlondon.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number and email address.
- Booking details: the clinic, your preferred time and the dental problems you select.
- Any short note you choose to add. Please share only what is needed to arrange your care.
- If you pay online, payment confirmation from Stripe (amount and reference). We never see or store your card details on this website.
- Technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and how quickly they load. This is collected by Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which use no cookies and don't identify you. Booking links and payment references are removed before anything is sent. Cookie-based analytics are used only if you consent.
How we use it and our lawful basis
- To arrange and provide your dental care (contract, and for health information, the provision of health care under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h)).
- To take payment of the consultation fee (contract).
- To reply to enquiries (legitimate interests or your consent).
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including CQC and GDC requirements (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
We share information only with the clinic providing your care and with service providers acting on our instructions: Supabase (our secure booking database, hosted in London), Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting) and our email provider. We do not sell your data, and we never share booking, health or payment information with advertising or social media platforms.
How long we keep it
Clinical and booking records are kept in line with NHS and professional record-keeping guidance. Enquiries that don't lead to treatment are deleted after retention period TBC.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work and to remember your cookie choice. With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The clinic maps are provided by Google and only load when you choose "Show map"; Google may then set its own cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To make a request, email hello@emergencydentistlondon.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
